Chianina IGP
Chianina IGP, bred on the estate, is at the heart of the Osteria’s offering.
In the kitchen, it arrives as a carefully controlled, estate-grown product and is treated with an essential approach: respect for the cut, precision in cooking and a focus on flavour.
Chianina appears throughout the menu in different forms, each designed to highlight its character, from the iconic “Fiorentina”, which best expresses its structure and intensity, to traditional slow-cooked preparations such as Ragù.
A presence that runs through the entire menu, telling, dish after dish, the story of an ingredient deeply rooted in the identity of the estate and the Valdichiana.
