Tenuta La Fratta: an area where the landscape is part of a life far from frenetic rhythms

Tenuta La Fratta is located in Sinalunga, in the Valdichiana, one of Tuscany’s most rural and luminous landscapes, defined by rolling hills, farmland and quiet secondary roads.
Here, the landscape is not a backdrop but part of everyday life, shaped by the steady rhythm of the seasons and a sense of continuity with the past.

The area is crossed by historic routes that have defined the region’s geography for centuries: the Via Cassia and the Via Lauretana.
Even today, they remain a reference point for understanding the identity of this land, made of villages, agricultural estates and timeless landscapes
